Mia's Changi Beach
Mia took a short afternoon break at Changi Beach, Singapore while I was testing out my 2x Extender Mk II on incoming planes to prepare for upcoming Singapore Airshow.
We ended the day with a footlong meatball at Subway which Mia wish she could finish it =)

Macro at Bukit Chermin Boardwalk
This is my first spider macro. To be the truth, I am not a big fan of macro shooter myself (even I love looking at macro shoots) as I always afraid they may just jump over me. Especially when they appear so huge in the view finder...lol
The shoots were taken at Bukit Chermin Boardwalk, a new 300m along the shore line next Labrador Nature Reserve or a 900m walk from Labrador Circle MRT.
Not sure what is the ID of this spider, but found quite a few along the boardwalk itself as it seems to find the lighting below the hand rails are good spot for their webs =)
Spent almost an hour with about 30 shoots, battling with the sea breeze.
The shoots were taken on a 600D with 100mm L, flash mounted on camera with a whale tail diffuser , shoots are 100% corp.

Mia's 2012 New Year Countdown
Mia spent our last hours of 2011 with her 2nd Christmas gift - mini skirt Miko outfit. =)
The fireworks was wonderful, but due to the weak wind. Half of the fireworks became masked off by the smokes...it was luckily the wind did not blow to our direction ^_^|||
We arrive at Marina Bay (outside NTUC building) around 6pm, after setting up of the gears. Mia have a chance to wonder around the area.

Mia's Christmas @ Marina Bay
Not exactly celebrating Christmas...but rather a delayed shoot with Mia.
As it was raining almost every weekend so we took a last chance on 30 Dec to talk a walk around the bay and have some shoots of the Christmas lighting this year. This year they have decorated the road side with large LED ring deers which looks quite huge...especially their antler ^_^|||

New Year Coutdown 2012 & Wallpaper

This blog started year ago in 2011 and my first entry was my firework shoot with Aya.

Mia's Christmas Tree
Mia's Christmas present and winter outfit just arrive on time, one day before Christmas eve. But with Singapore raining almost non-stop the past few days, it was impossible to go out and shoot the Xmas lightnings. So we have to settle with a little shoot at home while setting up our mini Christmas tree.
I haven't told her that this is not the only present she will be receiving. So she will be getting an additional surprise on boxing day. =)
