Singapore Airshow 2012 - Part 0

2012 is the year for Singapore Airshow again. This year aerobic features was lesser than 2010 but still equally exciting.

For public visitors, they may feel a bit disappointed as Jacky Chan's plane and B-787 (Z-003) was not on site on the public days. (At least the B-787 waved good bye on Sat). Especially on Sunday the B-52 did not appear in the morning show. And the afternoon show was changed to RSAF display only.

Toasted and ready to eat...

After 3 days of Singapore Airshow I am cooked and ready to eat...

The result: now I have more than 6000 photos to filter out (I suppose only less than 1% will make it out nice)

Records are meant to be broken......my camera gears now holds 18kg in total. Lowepro Pro Runner 450 AW and Inverse 200 supporting these loads =)

This airshow is really testing my max limit...lol

Night Macro at Venus Drive

This is my first night macro, and experience how to shoot and night and look for the small fellows (some are quite huge...) in the dark. It was quite an experience how to spot them and learning from other shooters with their DIY gears.

Having some problem trying to get the AF points on the spot, may be next time will attempt more on MF, and also to work on the balance try not to fall into the bushes sometimes ^_^|||

Today after shooting Singapore Airshow 2012 Sunday practice session I went over to Changi Airport for lunch before heading home.

Since airport always have these weights around, out of curiously I weighted my bag -- 13.2KG!!!
