Macro at Bukit Chermin Boardwalk

This is my first spider macro. To be the truth, I am not a big fan of macro shooter myself (even I love looking at macro shoots) as I always afraid they may just jump over me. Especially when they appear so huge in the view finder...lol

The shoots were taken at Bukit Chermin Boardwalk, a new 300m along the shore line next Labrador Nature Reserve or a 900m walk from Labrador Circle MRT.

Not sure what is the ID of this spider, but found quite a few along the boardwalk itself as it seems to find the lighting below the hand rails are good spot for their webs =)

Spent almost an hour with about 30 shoots, battling with the sea breeze.

The shoots were taken on a 600D with 100mm L, flash mounted on camera with a whale tail diffuser , shoots are 100% corp.

This was actually the first shoot, wrong setting at AV mode. But it came out a little surprise with its shadow images...
